Painter Joe Pagac has created some masterpieces with the ever-changing murals on the side of the Rialto Theatre, although the new Cadence student housing complex may be bringing that acclaimed run to a close. But fear not: Pagac has a bottomless reservoir of imagination, as his work along Congress Street has demonstrated. Whimsical dinosaurs? Wandering penguins? Flying hamsters? Angel wings and devil tails? That's all Joe's work—and we have a feeling that there may be a second act for those celebrations of the Rialto shows in our future. May Pagac's brush never go dry.
