Chef Suzana Davila was one of the first folks in town to really expand what people thought Mexican food could be. Elevating the cuisine out of the ubiquitous mash of refried beans and yellow cheese, Davila offered fresh, flavorful cooking with regional spicing and more. If you haven't had the moles at Café Poca Cosa, you're making a mistake.
