Gentle Yoga
When: Mondays-Fridays, 10-11:15 a.m., Saturdays, 11 a.m.-12:15 p.m. and Sundays, 8:30-9:30 a.m. Continues through Dec. 5 2021
A slow-paced class with emphasis on breathing, relaxation and gentle stretching. Beginners welcome. In-studio limited to registered participants. Monthly passes and gift certificates available. Cost is per drop-in session.
