It shouldn't come as a surprise that the home of Tucson's teppanyaki revolution holds the top spot among fans of Japanese cuisine. While there is plenty to enjoy in watching a skilled chef play with your food before the first bite, Mr. An's isn't just a show: There's some damn good food, too. Plenty of sushi, salad, Ramen and (of course) teppanyaki choices to decide over—just make sure you bring some back for us!
