TMA FEASTS. Tickets for the Tucson Museum of Art's annual feast fundraiser, scheduled for four weekends in February, are now on sale. An exotic, unforgettable dinner will be served every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in February in private homes, restaurants and unique settings throughout the Tucson and Tubac area. A few dinners being offered are: A Food and Wine Tour of the Mediterranean; Fungi Perfecti--A Vegetarian Dinner; Monet's Country Table; the fourth annual Moveable Feast in Tubac; and No Bull--Conversation and Dinner in the Tee Pee. Cost is $80 per person. All proceeds benefit the Tucson Museum of Art. Call TMA at 624-2333 for a brochure detailing the homes, menus and for reservations.

GEM AND MINERAL SHOW. Tickets are on sale now for the Tucson Gem and Mineral show, February 8 through 11 at the TCC Exhibition Hall, 260 S. Church Ave. Tickets are $5 per day, children under 14 years admitted free, and are available at all Dillard's ticket outlets and the TCC box office. Call 791-4266 for tickets and information.

STORYTELLING FOR EMPOWERMENT. Tohono O'odham storytellers share traditional stories in English in Winter Storytelling Nights from 6 to 8:30 p.m. January 29, 30, and 31, at Baboquivari Middle School in Sells. Call Regina Siquieros at (520) 383-2620 for information.

OPEN-AIR MARKET. Experience the charm of a European style open-air market from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday at Plaza Palomino, Swan and Fort Lowell roads. The gourmet food fair features fresh produce, herbs, coffee, arts and crafts, live music and more. Call 795-1177 for information.

MINERAL MANIA. The Arizona Sonora Desert Museum, 2021 N. Kinney Road, ushers in the 42nd annual Tucson Gem and Mineral Show with the following events: a Gem and Mineral Collector's Preview and Sale at 4 p.m. Friday, January 26. Sale includes a reception catered by the Ironwood Restaurant, followed by silent auctions of mineral specimens. Tickets are $30, $25 for museum members, with additional tickets for $15. The fourth annual Mineral Madness Show and Sale runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, January 27, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, January 28, at the museum. CRIME PREVENTION FAIR. A Crime Prevention, Safety and Security Fair meets from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, at St. Joseph's Hospital, First Floor, 350 N. Wilmot Road.
