CALLING ALL ROCKET SCIENTISTS. Judges and volunteers are needed to participate in the 47th annual International Science and Engineering Fair, May 5 through 11, at the Tucson Convention Center, 260 S. Church Ave. More than 1,200 high school students from 35 countries will compete. Call Norm Meader from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at 621-4845 for information on science project judging. JERUSALEM 3000. Tucson Jewish Community Center hosts a community-wide Jerusalem 3000 Celebration from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, April 28, at 3800 E. River Road. Israeli festivities include a family scavenger hunt through "Israel," dancing, films, food and a Youth Zimriah followed by live music. A Jewish information and referral fair features Jewish organizations, synagogues, temples and agencies. Admission is free. Call 299-3000 for information.

GARDEN OF DELIGHTS. Tucson Museum of Art hosts Garden of Delights, a gourmet food, wine and music event from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, April 28, at the museum's Plaza of the Pioneers, 140 N. Main Ave. Twenty of Tucson's most artistic chefs prepare scrumptious dishes complimented by fine wines. Cost is $40. Proceeds underwrite the Conservation by Design exhibit and also benefit culinary scholarships for the American Institute of Wine and Food Baja Chapter. Call 624-2333 for information.

GREEK FESTIVAL. The American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA) presents Spring Greek Festival '96, Friday, April 26, through Sunday, April 28, at the Hellenic Community Center, 1145 E. Ft. Lowell Road. Experience incredible Greek foods and pastries, folk dancing, wine and live music by Adelphia. Admission is $3, children under 12 years admitted free. Senior citizens admitted free before 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Hours are 5 to 11 p.m. Friday, noon to 11 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday. Call 888-0505 for information.

WINE TASTING. The RumRunner hosts an evening of wine tasting with Beringer Wine Estates at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, at KingFisher Bar and Grill, 2564 E. Grant Road. Sample aperitifs, whites, reds and dessert wines. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served. Cost is $25 per person, advance payment required.
