Listings BICAS. 44 W. Sixth St. BICAS offers the build-a-bike program for all. Take part in the eight-session course and fix up old bikes for the community. Classes are ongoing. Cost ranges from $15 to $60. Call 628-7950 for information.

FAMILY BARBECUE. The Tucson Racquet and Fitness Club welcomes the public to join its members on Friday evenings for family barbecues all summer. Enjoy the Club's parklike grounds from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at 4001 N. Country Club Road. Call 795-6960 for information.

FARMERS' MARKETS. Two Farmers' Markets take place on the weekend: From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays, vendors sell fresh produce, teas, honey, jams, lemon curd and natural beef at Park Mall, 5870 E. Broadway Blvd.; and from 7 a.m. to noon Sundays, more than 20 vendors hawk similar wares and treats at St. Philip's Plaza, at River Road and Campbell Avenue.

FILM FESTIVAL. St. Mark's Presbyterian Church. Calvin Hall. 3809 E. Third St. St. Mark's Presbyterian Church presents four films for viewing and discussion as part of their Race and the Church dialogue. The third film is A Soldier's Story at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16.

FLANDRAU SCIENCE CENTER. UA campus. 621-STAR. The June shows are: In Search of New Worlds, Under Arizona Skies, Adventures in the Solar System, Our Place in Space and Light Years from Andromeda. Exhibit admission is $3, $2 for children 14 and under, or free with a theater ticket purchase. Telescope viewing is free. Daytime exhibit hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Sunday; evening hours are 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Free telescope viewing hours are 6:40 to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Call 621-STAR for more information.

POOL PARTY. The Parks and Recreation Department sponsors Friday teen pool parties from 7:30 to 11 p.m. and Saturday family pool parties from 7 to 10 p.m. Both parties this week are at Clements and Himmel parks. Call 791-4245 for information.

TEA CEREMONY. Lhasha Tizer presents an introduction to the ancient art of tea drinking from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 13. Cost is $25. R.S.V.P. to 321-3670.

VALLEY OF THE MOON. 2544 E. Allen Road. 323-1331. Take a cool, evening "Moon Stroll" through the pathways, caverns, pools and gardens of the Valley of the Moon on June 9 and 23. The Valley is open from 7 to 9 p.m. with donations accepted for the restoration and maintenance of the property.
