ARIZONA PRESS WOMEN. Arizona Press Women and the Tucson Book Publishing Association meet at noon Saturday, January 20, at El Parador Restaurant, 2744 E. Broadway. J. C. Martin, book editor for the Arizona Daily Star, is the featured speaker. Martin offers advice on ways to publicize books, and the current popularity of audio-books. Cost is $10 and includes lunch. POETRY READING. The UA Poetry Center hosts free poetry reading at 8 p.m. Wednesdays, in the UA Modern Languages Building auditorium. Richard and Nora Marks Dauenhauer present Tlingit storytelling and readings of their own published books of poetry on Wednesday, January 24. Call 321-7760 for information.

BILINGUAL POETRY CONTEST. The Tucson Poetry Festival Committee hosts a bilingual poetry contest for Tucson area high school students.
