MUSIC Performances This Week ARIZONA'S BALLADEER. The Arizona Folklore Preserve. 44 Ramsey Canyon Road, Hereford. Dolan Ellis, Arizona's official balladeer, commemorates Independence Day with two special performances at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, July 5 and 6. Seating is very limited; advance reservations suggested. Reservations are now also being accepted for Ellis' performances July 12 and 13. Call 1-520-378-6165 for reservations and information. UA SUMMER SOUNDS. UA Crowder Hall, southeast corner of Park Avenue and Broadway. The School of Music and Dance presents the UA Summer Chorus and Orchestra in concert at 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 9. Conductor Joseph Knott leads a program of Bach and Mendelssohn melodies. Tickets are $10, $8 UA faculty/staff, and $5 students/seniors. There is a free pre-performance discussion at 7:15 p.m. in room 162 of the Music Building. Call the Fine Arts box office at 621-1162 for tickets and information.
