ARIZONA OPERA. Tucson Convention Center Music Hall. 260 S. Church Ave. 791-4266. The Arizona Opera continues its 1996-97 season with La Traviata, by Giuseppe Verdi. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, March 14 and 15, with a 2 p.m. matinee Sunday, March 16. Tickets range from $14 to $56 and are available at all Dillard's, the TCC box office, or by calling 621-2222.

ARIZONA REPERTORY SINGERS. PCC Proscenium Theater. 2202 W. Anklam Road. The Arizona Repertory Singers present the first in their Spring Concert Series at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18. Tickets are $10, $8 for seniors and students, available at the door. Call 792-8141 for information.

CHAMBER MUSIC FESTIVAL. TCC Leo Rich Theatre. 260 S. Church Ave. The Arizona Friends of Chamber Music present the annual Chamber Music Festival. The festival concludes with a 3 p.m. concert Sunday, March 16. Concert is preceded by a concert talk with musicologist John Finch one half-hour prior to show time. The public is invited to attend open rehearsals from 9 a.m. to noon on March 14 and 16. Tickets are $15. Call 298-5806 for tickets and information.

DESERT VOICES. PCC Proscenium Theatre. 2202 W. Anklam Road. Dust off your 10-gallon hat for Go West!, a concert with a western flair at 8 p.m. Saturday, and 3 p.m. Sunday, March 15 and 16. Desert Voices and Una Voz will sing Tumbling Tumbleweeds to Desperado, and everything in between. Special guests include the tejano band Rare Breed, cumbria dancers and the T-Squares dance troupe. SLONAKER SERIES. Slonaker House. 1025 E. Second St. UA campus, just east of Park Avenue. Bring a bag lunch and take a break during the Spring Slonaker Series lunchtime concerts from 11 to 12:30 p.m. Series continues Friday, March 14.
