Best Indigenous Drink

STAFF PICK: This delightful libation is named for the Irish commander of the original garrison at the Tucson Presidio. Much like a Black and Tan (made with Guinness and Bass), the Hugo O'Conor is made by filling a pint glass with half Guinness stout and half Tecate (although almost any Mexican beer will do in a pinch). The Tecate gives it that nice iron edge, and Guinness, of course, gives you strength! The Hugo O'Conor celebrates the continuing Irish/Tucson connection and the mutli-ethnic culture that is our history. ¡Salud!
