The best regular bread most often found at Le Cave's 1219 S. Sixth Ave., is the birotito, a small oval loaf, but you have to get there early because so many of Tucson's best Mexican restaurants use these for their tortas. As the weather cools, and time from baking their famous cakes permits, Le Cave's starts to make more of the varieties of Mexican bread they've been famous for.
