Best Indigenous Coffee

STAFF PICK: We'd always heard that cowboy coffee meant you boiled the grounds 'til they sank to the bottom. Then you ended up with lots of grit between your teeth, something to chew on while you're riding the range. But we like the '90s version at the Cup Café: Al Perry's Cowboy Coffee. Guitar legend and all-around nice guy, Al Perry deserves his own cup of brew. And a discombobulating chubasco of a blend it is: a cup of strong, dark coffee topped with a shot of espresso, all roasted next door at the Wilde Rose Coffee Company. Worshippers at caffeine's altar will say a special prayer for this jolt from the steamy heavens. Yeeha, ride 'em cowboy!
