KWANZAA HOLIDAY TRADITION. Tucson Center for Performing Arts. 408 S. Sixth Ave. December 26 through January 3 only: The Barbea Williams Performing Company presents a celebration of folklore with dance, song and story. Friday and Saturday curtain is 8 p.m.; Sunday is 7:30; and matinees are 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Advance tickets are $10, $8 for students and seniors, $5 for children under 12; add $2 at the door. MIDNIGHT JAM. TCC. 260 S. Church Ave. Pima County Parks and Recreation presents this fifth-annual New Year's Eve party for teens from 8 to 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30. Teens can decorate the hall between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and will receive free entry and a Midnight Jam T-shirt for their participation. WINTERHAVEN FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS. Arizona Stagecoach Adventures offers horse-drawn wagon, trolley and carriage rides through the Winterhaven Festival of Lights. Rides leave on the hour from 6 to 9 p.m., from the red stagecoach on Country Club Road, 100 feet north of Fort Lowell. Wagon and trolley rides cost $6.75 per person, and carriage rides cost $100 per carriage. Reservations are recommended; call 825-0208.
