The AHS fall lecture series, Digging Earth's Treasures: Arizona Mining Through the Ages, uncovers how the search for the earth's bounty has influenced Arizona's history and development. Lectures are from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday evenings, continuing through November 20. On November 13, H. Mason Coggin presents Early Gold Mining in Arizona. Cost is $5 per lecture, $3 for students.
