LA CASITA LECTURES. The La Casita lecture series, Latin American Perspectives on Freud, continues from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. April 24 and May 1, at St. Philip's in the Hills Church, 4440 N. PUBLIC MEETING. The City of Tucson Facilities Design Architectural Division, in cooperation with the Tucson/Pima Libraries and TPD, will hold a public meeting regarding the new Southeast Branch Library and Police Substation to be located at the intersection of Golf Links and Harrison roads. Come and voice wants and needs for the new facilities at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, at Dunham Elementary School, 9850 E. 29th St. The architectural firm of Burns and Wald-Hopkins and the City of Tucson Site Committee will present program information and the design process. MEXICAN/AMERICAN POLITICS. Jaime A. Regalado, executive director of the Edmund G. "Pat" Brown Institute of Public Affairs in California presents Minority Political Incorporation in Los Angeles? A Critical Assessment of Coalitional Politics at noon on Monday, April 22, at the Douglas Building, Third Floor, UA campus.
