Doug Ducey’s State of the State; debate whether the state should be investing more in programs to help at-risk kids; assess Ducey’s threat to withhold state-shared revenues from cities and towns that raise the minimum wage or otherwise require businesses to offer benefits to employees; and talk about whether the city of Tucson will move forward with plans to require businesses to offer sick leave to workers.
