O. my. Life on the photo-radar van edge: Dem great educators at TPD publicly disclose at:
http://tpdinternet.tucsonaz.gov/Radar/index.asp
that photo-radar van will be at “Duffy Middle School On 5th St., near Craycroft” Wednesday, Sept 19 0700-0900. Media powerhouse duly reports same in its, “Your Photo Radar Update for Wednesday, Sept. 19.” Thing is, there is no Duffy Middle School in Tucson. There is a Duffy Elementary School in Tucson, but it’s at 5th and Rosemont, about a mile away from 5th and Craycroft (and it’s an elementary school — don’t worry, they’re not yet dissecting frogs over there at Duffy LM). And so we wonder whether the right kids will tomorrow end up at the right school, will photo-radar van find its proper place, what did dat damnit damn paperboy Nintzel do years and years ago to…
RedStar, Were you a paper delivery boy like Jimmy Nintzel too? Perhaps if the van had parked in front of Jim’s school he would have not have grown up to be a lead-foot. I say, photo-radar vans in front of all schools!!
Yes, of course. But they can’t find the schools. They can’t even get the school name right.
