Hey Mr. Nintzel. There’s a bunch of illegal alien Mexicans, who also want to break the law, wondering if you could post locations of border patrol agents? Guess your announcements are for the “good people” of the Sonoran Desert. How about bilingual radar announcements?
Settle down, tiger. TPD themselves posts this information: http://tpdinternet.tucsonaz.gov
They sure do, for all those cruising the TPD site. I’m quite familiar with the photo-radar. My community has had them for years. If you’re trying to beat it, your trying to break the law. Slow down Jackass!
Better yet, Tiger, tell me where you live. I’d love to turn your neighborhood in my personal NASCAR. Except for the days The Van will be there. Vrrrrroooooom! Vroooom!
I’m not endorsing it, just reminding you that Mr. Nintzel is merely pointing out what has already been made public by TPD. And no, I’m not trying to beat anything – The Van is meant as a deterrent. I feel confident that the above blog post is not contributing to any misguided driving out there. (Misguided anger? Maybe.)
…also, I should point out that I am in favor of the van. There are far too many people driving recklessly out there. I just wish there was a van to stop 90-year-olds from swerving into my lane on my commute home.
I am not in favor of photo van or anyother photo. This is an expense to the community and can only be offset by generating income from citations. I hav eread or been told that these citations cannot be challenged successfully. this in effect eliminates a jury of your peers. And or the right to address your accuser in a court. I also do not believe that speed is as much of a factor in Tucosn as sloppy inattentive driving.
