I think the plan is to have the photo radar van move around so much that we think it is everywhere all the time. And then one day they will take the photo-radar van away from us, but it won’t matter… Because in each of our souls there will be a photo-radar van, and if we remove the photo-radar van from inside of us, we will not be able to go on. Because the photo-radar van inside you is with you FOREVER!
#1, right, it’s understood by now, yet it all traces back to Nintzel and what he did that day. c’mon, let’s put the laundry in the basket, as it were…, and move on from this
Oh, that day…how can we ever forget that day? The events of that day were branded into my memory. How everything changed that day!
I love Susan Dey.

Does Arizona law still require that if there is no initial acknowledgment of the civil citation (you do not sign and mail back the citation) someone must serve you in person? It seems that since mail is frequently lost it is a dirty means with which to serve and there should be some contingency plan for TPD to issue a citation that guarantees the person actually receives it.
I believe it does now require you to sign for traffic stops. It is acknowledgment of the citation, but not a firm judgment or upholding of the citation.
