  1. Does anyone really care about the useless, arrogant media whores known as the “Kardashians”? Seriously, what have they done exactly, besides posting a sex video onine? Useless all of them.

  4. Though I’m aware of who they are (as we are saturated with their presence whether we like it or not), I pride myself on the fact that I’ve never watched anything with them in it. Much in the same way that I take pride in having never used the term “LOL” in any form of electronic correspondence (no, wait, that doesn’t count).

  5. I signed up for Tuscon Weekly a few weeks ago, so that I could comment on a particular article regarding elephants. I am from Ontario, Canada, and have been involved in efforts to get elephants out of our sometimes sub-Arctic climate zoos & sent south.
    Since then, I get updates on news from Tuscon, and every time I decide I’m going to unsubscribe. Then my eye is caught by an interesting article, and I’m still here!
    Wil Wheaton is a great character – maybe sometimes a little TOO outspoken. But his years as Wesley Crusher on the star ship Enterprise let me allow him some slack. And I have to admit, every time I see the same tabloids at the supermarket, I think about the dumbing-down of the common media.

  7. Who cares about Wesley Crusher ? Who cares if Whil Wheaton dislikes Kardasians? Who cares about Kardashians?

    I think Cardassians are more interesting! lol
