Evidently clenching your fists and “dehumanizing” stares can get you tackled by police:
New cell phone footage shows Miami-Dade Police officers aggressively pinning an unarmed teen to the ground while choking him. His alleged crime: giving the officers “dehumanizing stares” and “clenching his fists.”
Fourteen-year-old Tremaine McMillan says he was feeding his puppy and playing on the beach with some friends when cops riding ATVs approached him and asked what he was doing. The “peacekeeping” officers say they saw McMillan roughhousing with another teenager, told him it was “unacceptable behavior,” and asked where his mother was. When McMillan walked away, they chased him on ATVs, jumped out, pinned him to the ground and arrested him. According to police reports, McMillan “attempted to pull his arm away, stating, ‘Man, don’t touch me like I did something.'”

Police over-reacting with a young urban male!? No way. The police always have a good reason to assault a defenseless dark skinned youth, especially when they feel they’re being looked at the wrong way.
(This is sarcasm folks. I figured I should clarify because some of my statements have been taken the wrong way recently. So count to ten, light up a smoke or take a shot of your favourite spirit because I wasn’t being serious.)
There always has been too much of this “we had to beat the person so as to be sure that we were safe and he was safe. In defense of the cops initial request to see the minor’s mother almost certainly was a reasonable request. I live in a high crime apartment complex. On last Saturday night I notice that my neighbors truck was leaking gas. A trip up to the neighbor’s place did not locate him. I certainly was not going to call police or fire out of my fear that I will be their next victim. Man this “he could have been armed so we tazed him multiple times, should stop in my opinion.
“If the police have to come and get you, they’re bringing an ass-kicking with ’em”
