I haven’t had a chance to try this myself, but a blog called Food Wishes seems to have figured out the great mystery of how to fix leftover pizza. I’ve largely given up on trying to get slices anywhere near their original state, so I’ve generally just gone with eating leftover pizza cold. This doesn’t really help most people at work, which is generally where my leftovers go to die, but it’s at least worth trying.

  1. Another way for Dan Gibson to try to outsmart leftover pizza is to place a splatter screen in the pan, the pizza on top of the splatter screen and some foil on top of that.

Or wait for cheese fondue to make another comeback.

  2. I have a contraption called the Pizzazz. Cooks frozen pizzas, but reheats leftovers to better than original taste.

  3. Wow I know that times are tough in this economy but the effort put into a $1.00 slice of leftover pizza is a real sign of things getting worse.

Here is the two options I use in how I deal with the subject at hand:

    1. Nuke the damn thing for 40 seconds and eat it. (Its just friggin pizza!)

    2. Throw it out and order another one

  4. Wow Brett Scott, you are an idiot.

the pizazz cooks pizza better than a fire hot wood or coal pizza oven? that is beyond “special needs”
