The Tucson Padres, opening their season on Friday, have an interesting deal happening on Facebook in an effort to build buzz for AAA baseball’s return to town: If they reach 2,000 “likes” on their Facebook page before Friday (they’re at 1,875 right now), all of their Facebook fans can come to one of the games Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for free. Not a bad deal in exchange for a mouse click.
