This may or may not become an actual regular feature, but I found this snappy new site to make polls, so it seemed worth checking out.

The editor of the Tucson Weekly. I have no idea how I got here. More by Dan Gibson

One of the charms of any community I’ve lived in is local media. From obnoxious kids to apparent mutants, they all add flavor. Besides I’ve heard this guy actually does donate his time and money to Tucson charities. In this case its a Weekly fail, stay here Appliance Guy!
just tell the commercials to get out of town. I met him once and he was a nice guy. a little too friendly like many single men are, but pleasant.
Wait, is the question “does the Tucson Appliance guy really need to get out of town?” or is the question, “were we a little harsh on the guy?”, because I don’t know which question I’m answering when I choose my thumb…
I can’t figure out the voting protocol either. I’ve heard Chris Edwards is a pretty nice guy from people who have met him. The commercials are corny, yes, but I would rather watch one of his spots that suffer through the annoying flooring company lady. You failed here TW.
The voting protocol has me mixed up, too. I like the commercials and do not want to kick him out of town, so I think TW was too harsh on him. Dan, can you clarify what a thumbs up means in this case?
Fuzzygoats: You have an interesting definition of failure.
Regardless, vote based on the question with the larger type (“Does the Tucson Appliance Guy…”).
Darned if Red Star can figure out what the guy’s needs really are…
HAHA ah man poor Chris.. Yeah he is goofy, but a hell of a guy. His father Bill, was a man amongst men I have to say.
Their whole circle really support local Tucson business, we actually need more people like him.
