Be sure to use this practical joke device with caution, as there is always the risk that others will not appreciate your sense of humor.
I think you might be understating the “risk” a bit, Souzan.

If someone did this to me, I would consider it intentional assault and have them brought up on charges. If that didn’t stick, I would sue them. Just because you aren’t touching a person does not mean you are not liable for the damage you do. Just as intentionally shining a LASER in someone’s eyes is considered assault, so should this.
