Great link, Nintzel, thank you so much. But let us keep in mind that Mustafa Barghouti is a mere “Information Minister” NOT “Minister of Information”

Seems to me like a symptom of the Israeli occupation of Palestine.
I thought Al-Barney the Jew-Stomping Dinosaur was a bit much.
By the way, take a look at this video. Not sure how accurate it is.
Here’s another video that provides a different perspective on the issue.
The fact is both sides engage in propaganda. Palestinian propaganda tends to be a bit childish and obvious. Israeli propaganda is more sophisticated and less obvious, but still very pervasive. The fact that all Israeli media has to get approval from the military (IDF) before they can air any footage from occupied territories should tell you something.
There’s a really good documentary called “Death in Gaza” that is worth your time. The filmmakers started out with a pro-Israel slant as they documented life and conflict in the areas around the Separation Wall and various border settlements. This changed when IDF soldiers at a checkpoint decided, for no apparent reason, to use the journalists for sniper practice, killing one of them. This is all documented in the film. It is very disturbing.
I hope anybody who sees the Palestinian Mickey Mouse will make sure to look deeper at both sides. Palestinian/Arab propaganda is not justifiable, but it does not exist in a vacuum.
