(BTW: We’ve heard some folks complain that the culprit didn’t really streak because he kept his Speedo on. Two points: 1. Thank heaven for small favors. 2. If he had actually done the Full Monty, he’d probably be facing sex-offender charges, so it was probably smart of him to keep his chonies on.)
