I’m aware that Idris Elba is a real person who happened to play the character Stringer Bell on The Wire. I’m aware he’s had other roles since then, including the BBC crime drama Luther, which is pretty good, and he was on The Office for awhile. Still, this song is far more enjoyable when I think it’s a sideline for season-one-era Stringer Bell. He took some time off from running a drug ring and attending community college to make a video for the ladies. How’s your secret garden, girl? Can Stringer come inside?
