Maybe they’re purposely submitting them late so they get special mention in the blog instead of being buried with all the other listings.

But it’s always four of them. Not always the same four offenders, but it’s always four. Four bullets. Go ahead, go back through the year…see? Now what’s really going on here?
Three things:
1. We only pick four to highlight. There are many, many more late listings requests that we get.
2. While this blog gets a lot of readership, our regular listings — being searchable online and in our print version — have many, many more readers.
3. I encourage you to stop worrying about this and get what we like to call “a life.”
