    Jack Harper has long been embarassment and a disgrace, and in this legislature, that’s a rather high (or low) bar.

  5. I suppose Joe Arpaio has all the politicians in Maricopa County covered, 24/7! Oh, wait, his deputies are too busy looking for headless bodies in the desert and carding every brown-skinned person they see!
