I find it hard to believe that a police officer in Arizona would find any Hispanic “out of place” given how many there must be in Arizona!
to denigh a baby its birth right is just plain wrong. force the mother to go to a Child protection agency as an unfit parent. She, as an illegal is and continues to commit a crime. Forster care and Adoption should be the route to maintains the child birthright. A loving and legal parent should raise the child as an AMERICAN . The Birth parent should have the option of returning to the country of origin with said child to be raised as a proud( home country) citizen. If we can raise Russians and cuban as well as China’s orphans we should open our hearts and country to the child of (say Mexico) an unfit parent within our vast and great land.
