I’m on the ballot and on the docket in Arizona Federal District Court. I am seeking an ORDER for the two PBS stations to allow me the same opportunity as other candidates are getting from PBS in March, theirs, a debate, mine, to deliver a substantive speech on their air waves.
It’s a First Amendment right also an element of broadcast law. I don’t have ‘hopes.’ I have rights.
I will forward my brief to Tucson Weekly, but sadly you don’t seem all that interested. I am seeking a “cease and desist” ORDER.
