City Councilman Steve Kozachik, Republican National Committeeman Bruce Ash and Pima County Democratic Party Chairman Jef Rogers stop by Arizona Public Media’s Political Roundtable to talk about how Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan will affect the presidential race and Southern Arizona congressional races, handicap the GOP primaries for the Pima County Board of Supervisors, weigh the pros and cons of the sales-tax proposition, warn about the dangers of the jungle primary, and unpack the controversy of a UA-area student-housing highrise.

Ash says tinkering around with the constitution in regards to voting….like giving women and minorities the right to vote? Anything that both republicans and democrates don’t like I’m for. viva la open primary!
Bruce Ash and Steve Kozachik are a disgrace to the Republican party! Bruce Ash holds an elected position in the leadership of the Republican party and should not be endorsing anyone in the primary. And then to say something like “being a female candidate” gives them an advantage. What a biased crock of …!
He and Steve along with Ray Carroll and others just want to keep the “cronism” in place so they can continue to “rule” southern Arizona and Tucson in particular. Everyone knows by now Ray Carroll is a liberal masquerading as a Republican and now Bruce Ash has shown his true colors! Fair warning Bruce, enjoy your last term as our Natiional Committeeman!
You are done! The PC’s won’t forget your underhanded, biased, liberal behavior!
