  1. The same petition might also request support for class action participation against the board members should the board fail to vacate voluntarily. If the board knew about the harassment and would take no action to protect staff or students from the management, then knowledge was consent and they should be just as responsible for perpetuating a climate of lechery. What advice was coming from the boards’ legal counsel? Another of the unethical “Murky Matters” created when overseers fail to use their oversight.

  2. The PCC students are the most important segment of the Community College system, Yet, College administrators and Board Members have ignored them, following the culture of former Chancellor Ray Flores. The ones who stand to lose the most are ones that are most ignored. Lets stand by the students, support them and attend this event in their support as they Too are part of our community and are seeking much needed change!

  3. If the four PCC BOG members have not broken the law during their tenure in office, they can redeem themselves, with the support of Dr. Harris, by a COMPLETE Administrative and Faculty reorganization. The “old boys/girls mutually supportive network”, College-wide, needs to be dissolved!!!…ASAP

  4. Francis apparently likes to throw out the baby with the bath water. Why penalize all for the deeds of a few. Secondly, when did supporting your co-workers become negative and something to dissolve?

  5. I still have not heard or seen anyone going around in my district to ask voters to sign a recall petition to remove the BOG representative from my district. Nor have I heard from anyone in other districts represented by these BOG members of recall petitions in their districts. Where is the actual action needed to remove elected officials legally? And who has come forward to indicate that they are willing to stand up and be appointed to fill any of these vacancies should they occur?
