There was a sizable crowd at the Shanty on Thursday, so despite the longest of long shot odds, the Baja Arizona signature drive is on. NPR’s Ted Robbins interviewed a number of the people involved.

The only ones wanting a 51st state would be liberals, Democrats, Hispanic/Latinos and other losers, who are afraid of Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Gov. Jan Brewer, Pierce, Horne, Pedicone,Steggeman and the rest of the majority of Arizona.
