An amusing post-election dispatch from Talking Points Memo:
Two Republicans in separate states were taken into police custody during the past week for allegedly attempting to test how easy it would be to commit voter fraud.
In Nevada, 56-year-old Roxanne Rubin, a Republican, was arrested on Nov. 2 for allegedly trying to vote twice, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. The newspaper quoted a report by an investigator with the Nevada Secretary of State’s Office that said Rubin “was unhappy with the process; specifically in that her identification was not checked.”
Rubin allegedly voted at one polling location in Henderson, Nev. on Oct. 29 and then went to another voting location in Las Vegas to try to vote again. Poll workers told her records indicated she had already voted, but Rubin allegedly told them she hadn’t. A poll worker reportedly overheard Rubin tell another man that she had “signed my name differently, and they did not ask for ID.” She was arrested at the Riviera Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and charged with a category “D” felony.

trainmanswife, if you can find a recent instance (this election cycle) from a credible source that a Dem has committed voter fraud and been arrested for it, I’d be happy to take a look at it.

yes, of course, there’s no reporting on democrats so that must mean the media is covering up for them. then again, it may be because THEY DIDN’T TRY TO CHEAT. you really should try to wipe the spittle from your chin, it’s a bit distracting.
If you fear voter fraud. If you think Obama is a socialist born in Kenya. If you are not a millionaire and you defend the rich. If you call yourself a Christian while spewing hate. You are a dumb pawn, the base of the Republican party.
I still think Black Panthers holding baseball bats standing in the doorways in DC, Phily, LA, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Boston and Detroit may have been intimidation to some folks. Don’t you? I find it hard to believe the press has even looked at the potential of voter fraud by Democrats. There have been reports that as many as 16 Phily district had 99 to 100% vote for Obama as well as a dozen districts in Chicago that had 130% voter turn out. Find it rather odd, don’t you?
