State Rep. David Lujan has officially launched his campaign for Arizona attorney general.
He’ll be going up against Felecia Rotellini in the Democratic primary. Vince Rabago, an assistant attorney general and the former chair of the Pima County Democratic Party, is also expected to get into the race.

This is exciting news for Arizona! He’s right, we can’t afford to elect a Republican AG. I’m glad to see such a great Democratic candidate step forward, especially someone with his record of fighting for women, workers, and kids.
David is certainly the most qualified candidate in the field with years of experience and a focus on protecting Arizona’s families. David Lujan is the right choice for Arizonans looking for a leader intrested in fighting crime.
I’m glad Rep. Lujan has gotten into the race. So far it seems all of the possible candidates for AG on the democratic side are people who have no experience helping Arizona in the ways the AG is required to. Lujan has shown time and time again that he fights for Arizona and that he will not back down to the ridiculous games that the Republicans play.
Rotellini has zero experience in politics and this is a political position, she will likely fail as an AG. Same for Rabago. All three have been assistance Attorneys General but Lujan is the only one with a track record of success and proven leadership. GO LUJAN!
I have known David Lujan for a number of years and find him to be honest and 100% for the people AZ, we need him.
I can honestly say I have never met a more sacrificing candidate. David consistently gives his all to Arizona’s interests. The state is lucky that he’s set his sights on AG. We need him now more than ever.
