Immigration rights activist Raul Alcaraz Ochoa appears to be in Border Patrol custody after attempting to intervene in the detention of a worker on Tucson’s south side today.

This isn’t the first time that Alcaraz Ochoa has attempted to intervene in a Border Patrol action, as he took similar action in February regarding the arrest of Rene Meza Huertha.

  2. Who cares? This asshole continues to interfere with law enforcement protecting illegal aliens simply because they are Hispanic. If these were Russians or Chinese illegal aliens the bastard wouldn’t at an eye. A lengthy prison term is what the bastard needs.

  3. Those are pretty sad comments man. Raul is a decent human being. He is the kind of activist that makes Tucson a better place for everybody.
