Somewhere else I saw that Janet thanked Rendell for his vote of confidence and said they were good friends. In other words, she was gracious. Politicians need tough skin. With national exposure she’s a target for greater criticism.
I actually like Rendell because he was one of the few governors who proactively made greyhound racing illegal in PA.
