When the host asked Arpaio if Republicans were backing him, Arpaio said, “I haven’t heard from any, especially the congressional delegation from Arizona.”

Hmm. I can only wonder why no one is supporting you, Joe.

Seriously, give it up. Just because your “cold case posse” of retirees can use Adobe Illustrator doesn’t mean they’re forensic experts—they’re just really good a touching up photos of their grandkids.

C’mon even fox news gave up on this……..its just that everyone realized that even if the vetting process screwed up its too late to do anything…..one of two things…..he doesn’t belong in that position and he proved in the last three years that he doesn’t belong in that position……take your pick Dave baby…….

  2. Obama and some senator by their own words (*) agree with Joe. Obama is
    not qualified to be president.

    (*)= Obama and fellow senators put John McCain to the “natural born
    citizen” requirement test. Obama and fellow senators said John passed
    the “natural born citizen” test because both of John’s parrents were US
    citizens at the time of John’s birth. Its odd …Obama can not pass
    this test.

  3. It’s true, he doesn’t — by that measure.

    Of course, he’s still got the 14th Amendment backing him up: “Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

    If you happen to stand with Maricopa County’s sheriff on this issue, I imagine this probably won’t mean much to you.

  4. To jdmendez,…you use of the 14th amend would be true only if the
    writers of the this amend also changed the “natural born citizen”
    standard/requirement. It seems the constitution has at least two
    or more standards…and maybe some day these standards may change.
    So in the meantime, Obama does not qualify to be president…just
    one person’s observation of constitutional facts.

The press and all the arms of government uncover every last little detail about national candidates…the very idea that Obama is a”foreign” born president goes to the most outrageous and far right wing nuts that will believe anything. Use some logical thinking skills!!

  6. Tucker,…you are right to ask that we use “logical thinking skills” and
    we should take this positive spirit up to “constitutional thinking skills”
    and seek the answer to the question:…What did the writers of the US
    constitution have in mind when they set the special standard of “natural
    born citizen” to be a US president?

    Obama himself answered that very question in April 2008, when he said that
    John McCain passed the “natural born citizen” test because John’s parents
    were US citizens at the time of John’s birth. This is the standard/test
    that Obama can not pass…because only one of his parents of record was a
    US citizen and the other parent was/is a non-US citizen. All this info
    is sourced from Obama and is not based on any other beliefs such as others
    may hold.

    here in is the very apparent difference…Mc Cain was born outside of the US while his father was on duty. Obama was born in a state, Hawaii that was part of the United States of America. So,having two ” American born” parents does not apply. ALL children born in America are automatically United States citizens. The 14th amendment guarantees this right. have you not heard this amendment being questioned as to this right when it comes to babies born to immigrants, legal or not? to question this is silly and makes no sense…or nonsense!

  9. We don’t have justice and the rule of law…we have gamesmanship. We make the society that we choose…and that we deserve. If after considering these two statements, you believe that eligibility or ineligibility for PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF OF THE MILITARY is a moot point, then so be it. Our nation was taken over in a coup without a shot fired. Well played!
