Mmm, this pizza looks like it’s made out of Play-Doh. According to the geek-worship site where I found it, the entire pie is a mere 5,164 calories, with 10,752 mg of sodium (the National Institutes of Health recommend that adults take in no more than 2,400 mg a day). I think the little maple leaf means that the crust comes with maple syrup.

Wasn’t it nice of them to add the peas and carrots as an afterthought?

  1. That would be good if it had some sticks of butter on it. Then maybe a fried egg on top, and a heavy sprinkling of extra MSG. Then I would deep-fry it and cover it in powdered sugar, and possibly add some bacon and make sure to wash it down with Dr. Pepper and have a couple Snickers for dessert.

  2. Think of it as reverse engineering, frenzied and uniquely Japanese.
If you ever find yourself in Japan visiting your wife’s family upon family, try to get them to insistently take you to the local Freshness Burger rather than Pizza Hut. It’s not great, Freshness Burger, but not awful, and you won’t die (the “Amazon Fruit Protector” being the clearest evidence of an odd and comically clueless society).

  3. It’s rimmed with pigs in a blanket! Kind of like mini calzones! What’ll those Axis nations think of next?

  4. Isn’t “rimming with pigs in a blanket” something that only happens during prison riots?
