I drive by In-n-Out a lot on Broadway/El Con Mall and it looks finished.

I just called corporate headquarters and she very hesitantly said that April 19 was going to be the opening date.

I will check back as it gets closer.

  1. They’ve been actively hiring for the last two weeks. Pay is pretty good compared to other “fast food” joints in town.

  2. Late night In-N-Out runs to Phoenix will never be the same if it’s here in town… because really what else is there to do in the middle of the night?

  3. The In-N-Out employee at the corporate 1-800 phone number just verified they will not be open next Thursday April 19th.

    No definite target date confirmed by her, except they are hoping for before May 1st.
