Yes, the Minutemen (still a thing, who knew?) are starting a project called “Operation Normandy” to keep the “Trojan horse” of immigrant children on the other side of our border. The Daily Show took things from there last night.

They believe these kids are pawns of a vast conspiracy to flood the U.S. with BROWN people who will destroy all of the WHITE culture and rejoin the southwest to Mexico. It’s tin-foil hat wearing, extremist bullshit. Gilchrist, Simcox, Glenn Spencer, Shauna Forde, J.T. Ready – the nativist movement sure is a lovely bunch of coconuts.
And for those of you who didn’t know, Shawna Forde was Gilchrist’s designated “director of operations” and arranged for Gilchrist to speak at events. They were business associates. Forde and Simcox are the company this creepy old crackpot keeps. The tie that bound them was hatred and paranoia.
You have no memory as I criticized Bush’s open border policy and was not a Bush supporter. If this paper and the liberal establishment had any acorns in their love sacks they would be holding this President to closing the border and destroying ISIS… You don’t and he won’t.

What the liberal element in our society refuse to look at are the facts. The ugly ones, not the ones that they chose to claim moral superiority over. Facts like how the Mex. cartels are using these “Trojan Horses” to further their evil agenda. These kids are the tentacles of the cartels, thru extortion, kidnapping for ransom, human slavery, etc., they exacerbate an already fast growing criminal enterprise here in America.
The diseases they carry, are being hidden from the public as there are many staff, BP, etc. that are coming down with things like TB, Pneumonia, Scabies, Chicken Pox,etc. I wonder why John Stewart isn’t talking about the shelter housing 600 of these youth in Artesia, New Mex. that’s been on quarantine for the past 3 wks.? Or the families of BP agts. that have contracted diseases from their parents who work with these yth.??
I spent a couple of yrs. down in Honduras, El Salv. and Guat. back in the early 70’s and it was the same then. Conditions are and have been horrible. But instead of gangs, they had Communist Guerrillas who would kidnap, steal, rape and murder. And there are many countries in Central and So. America with similar conditions. Venezuela, Brazile, etc. So does America become the “Nursery” of the world? Well we can’t afford it. We are broke and about to go bankrupt because of the policies and spending of the last few administrations. All of these people need to work out their own problems. Just as we will try to do here in America, as we have our own poor children, vets, aging, etc. to deal with.
And believe not the claims by Mike Anderson. Shawna Forde was thrown out of the Minuteman org. prior to her crim. event. And I know many Minutemen and they do not ascribe to prejudice and hate. The only wish to have the rule of law in play on the border issues. If the current admin. would do their jobs, the Minutemen wouldn’t exist. But alas, the liberals who continue to support the criminal org. that currently inhabits the Wh., chose to try and detract and obfuscate the real issues ie; let’s keep the attention on the poor little children and the mean ole’ Mm while the real crimes like the IRS and Benghazi scandals continue to get downplayed.

Daily Show hit pieces and racist Tea Partiers aside, there is a real problem in this country with immigration rates that have been too high for years driving down wages and turning this country into a 3rd world country with no middle class and vanishing open spaces.
Yes, there are other causes, but this is a big one and Democrats should be just as concerned as Republicans.
