From Airman magazine: Director Andrew Breese took time-lapse footage of the storage area of the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group, often called the “Boneyard” around here. Beautiful pictures of decaying planes! Why not?

  1. Thoroughly enjoyable. Certainly Beautiful. Undeniably American. I most enjoyed the quotes from the retired pilots. Thank you for your service, sirs!

  2. Nice. Very nice.
I have often wondered if any of those rusting parts could be purchased by civilians. I would love to make a house out of one of those fuselages.

  3. Decaying remains of the dying Empire — beautiful…

Wish that all of those damn killing machines could be in the same state in the same place… As a pilot, I consider them perversions of the beauty of flight…

  4. Extraordinary photography/time lapse. Love the cloud action and the dimming of the sky. Good job!
