The numbers from That Place Up North show Joe Arpaio to be cruising to victory over Democratic challenger Paul Penzone with an incredibly comfortable lead, holding 53.07% of the vote to Penzone’s 42.56%, with independent challenger Mike Stauffer taking 4.37% of the vote.

  3. Too bad Pima county doesn’t have a law enforcement official with the balls of Joe. But, instead, you folks keep reelecting the political hack who does as the democrat party asks. Hell, he won’t even enforce the laws on the books. Glad I left Tucson. Don’t miss the half-assed sherrif and deputies that are too lazy to respond to drug or shooting calls.
