  1. Oh my, how pathetic can people get? They want to legislate just because some guy made a shirt that has dead soldiers’ names on it in teeny-tiny lettering? Which two states outlawed these shirts — Denial and Confusion? Here is the website that sells the shirts. It also has some good bumper-stickers and other stuff. I looked at the shirt design in question and if it’s an offensive misappropriation of somebody’s name, then sneezing must be an offensive misappropriation of the name of George Atchoo. Let’s outlaw sneezing!

If this is an offensive misappropriation of somebody’s name, then sneezing must be an offensive misuse of the name of George Atchoo. Let’s outlaw sneezing! They say the shirts have been outlawed in two states. My guess is those states are Denial and Confusion. What a bunch of legislative asshats.

  3. I’m not surprised that this bill made it through the AZ legislature. But what does surprise me is that there wasn’t a single vote against it. Here’s a law that is clearly unconstitutional, and not a single legislator could be bothered to adhere to their oath of office?
