That’s exactly what 9OYS found when reporter Marcelino Benito tried getting answers from GOP leaders. Few called back and the ones that did skirted around the issue. Pima County Sheriff candidate Mark Napier tells 9OYS, “Joe is very tenacious, but the issue has been put to bed.” GOP committeeman Bruce Ash says, “the economy is the party’s focus.”
“Quite frankly it’s just stupid,” said Republican city councilman Steve Kozachik.

When you are born on an American military base anywhere in the world you are a US citizen. Obama was not born on a military base. Why is your St Obama hiding his true birth certificate and school transcripts? What is he hiding? As far as sheeple ..well you Obama followers take everything he says as gospel. We’re still waiting on Obama’s college transcripts…….Just because he says he went to these schools doesn’t mean he did. How many tax returns did Obama come up with in 08? Couldn’t been many. If I recall if you don’t hold a real job you don’t have a return.
Trainmanswife–If you are born to an American citizen ANYWHERE in the world, you are automatically a natural born citizen (citizen at birth). The birther issue is a phony issue designed to fool people into believing falsehoods. You could be born on Mars and still be a citizen as long as at least one of your parents is a citizen. Being born in Hawaii just doubles the legitimacy. We learned that in government classes. Perhaps you and Sheriff Joe were snoozing when that topic came up. Children born to non-citizens, of course, have to be born on American soil. Since Obama’s Mom was born in Kansas, he is a citizen whether you like it or not. A copy of Obama’s birth certificate is readily available on a .gov site. Google it. Please learn from this dialogue.
Its odd…but Mr Obama is having fun with the “birther” issue.
It is true that the thenSen Obama and many of his co-senators
have indicated that place of birth may be important to meet the
NBC (natural born citizen) requirements to be president…but,
it is more important that both of his parents shall be US citizen
at the time of his birth.
So Arpaio is on the right track. Obama’s NBC is not settled yet.
At the pace we are solving this issue…Mr Obama will still be
