It turns out I mostly gave up caffeine a couple of weeks ago, and I’ve been debating giving up all coffee—which I frickin’ adore—even decaf, sometime down the line.
Now comes this news.
Well, crap. Now what do I do?

I’m sure there’ll be another study before long to disprove this one. Heck, you could probably even find the “experts” yourself, if you were willing to pay enough.
I also recently tried to quit the caffiene, but to no avail… is it good for us? Bad for us? Who really cares? Let’s take some advice from Too Much Coffee Man.
