The California Supreme Court’s decision on Prop 8 is expected Tuesday, May 26, around 10 a.m. Day of Decision rallies planned in about 100 cities across the country on Tuesday, including Tucson, organized by Rainbow Foot Soldiers and Wingspan. The Tucson rally is from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Catalina Park, 309 E. First St. If the court affirms the ruling, the rally is a protest. If the court rejects Prop 8, then obviously we have one rousing celebration taking place at Catalina Park.

HAVE A DECISION!!

When the CA Supreme Court announces their decision on Proposition 8, we must act! We are calling you to join us for a rally in celebration or protest on the day of the decision. Protests will occur nationwide and our voices will be heard! We hope that we will come together in celebration, but must know that even in celebration we have many more battles to win and need to unite on the day of decision in one loud voice.

  1. If the court supports Prop. 8 then I say we boycott 100% ALL businesses who supported it. Home Depot, Bank of America and others. Close accounts with BofA and shop at Lowes instead of Home Depot. Blacklist ALL Mormon owned businesses completely!

  2. Boycott? That’s funny. You will only hurt yourselves. But as homosexuals, you’ve been doing that for centuries. Why stop now? No matter how the ruling comes down, you must live with the fact that the majority of Californians are against your unnatural and sinful lifestyle. Mormons have so much more integrity and grit that you after-the-fact whiners. They got out and did something and then kicked your butt at the polls. I am not Mormon but I thought it was hilarious watching the homosexual community roll on the floor and cry after they lost. I – for one – have and will continue to seek out businesses that supported Proposition 8 and shake the hand of every Mormon I meet for their hard work and effort in trying to stem the tide of immorality and filth that is filling our world.

    To bad more Blacks don’t listen more closely to MKK and his wife.

    But, apparently, bigotry transcends race and (obviously in poster “Ductimonster” case) reflects very low intelligence and ignorance of Christian principles of love and fairness as well.
